• Lead Development & Construction team as well as Operations team to ensure development projects meet budgets and business plans.
• Work across teams to develop repeatable development plans and processes to drive enhancement in costs while mitigating risks and ultimately drive profitability of development projects.
• Maintains and directs the daily operations of the construction and operations  departments, including coordinating with human resources, legal, sales, marketing, investments, manufacturing, accounting, IT and other departments.
• Meets with and reports to the CEO about the company’s daily operation, as well as about the CEO’s plans for any upcoming adjustments or developments to business operations strategy, or other company goals and objectives for short and long term success of the business.
• Oversee operations, and partner with CEO, CIO and CRO in sales management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for near-term growth targets.
• Optimize capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves company targets for growth and profitability.
• Ultimate responsibility for design and construction budgets
• Responsible for both construction and operational performance with applicable KPIs and prepare detailed updates and forecasts regarding the same for senior leadership team and investment partners.
• Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.

• 10 or more years of experience in executive leadership roles with majority within the data center industry
• Experience leading design/construction and facility operations
• Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
• Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues affecting the industry and company projects.
